The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions that take place on this website. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference.





All sales are tax-free if delivered out of the State of Florida.


Payment Methods

For your convenience we accept all mayor credit cards , debit cards, cash app, apple pay Google Pay, and Zelle.  and for your security when paying with a card we use the secure services of Stripe and Square for peace of mind.

Home on the Rock Furniture  does not accept checks and wire transfers.

Payments must be made in full at the time of purchasing. Orders will be processed once the proper funds have cleared.


User Warranties

In placing an order, you warrant that you are over 18 years of age, and that you are providing accurate, true, and complete information, and that you have the authority to place the order.


Items Received Damaged

Every shipment is insured in the unlikely event that damage occurs during transit. We request that you inspect your item(s) upon delivery. If your item(s) are damaged, print “Damaged Upon Arrival” where you are required to sign for the items and then refuse delivery. After delivery is refused, we will send you a link or form to file a claim ff product is accepted and damaged, you will be responsible for filing a claim with the proper carrier. For damages unnoticed at the time of delivery, we ask that you send us photographs via email, so that we can address and correct the situation.


Order cancellation

Orders with a value of $500 or more  which are cancelled after 24 hours of the original order date may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee of up to 30 %, in addition to any warehouse, labor and shipping charges incurred. Special orders and special item(s) CANNOT and WILL NOT be cancelled; NO exceptions.



All refunds are processed in the following manner: credit or debit card transactions placed online are refunded online within 7 business days of the refund request/approval date, cash or Zelle transfer transactions are refunded in the form of a Certified Cashier’s Check or Company Check, which is sent by mail within 10 days of the refund request/approval date.


Manufacturer’s warranty

Home on the Rock Furniture  grants or implies no warranties on the performance of any products. All warranties provided, if any, are manufacturers’ warranties, which are typically included in the packaging of the product(s). Should you need warranty service, contact Home on the Rock Furniture at +1 305 773 0500 and we will provide to you the contact information of the manufacturer. Home on the Rock Furniture WILL charge a mandatory $99.00 USD processing fee to cover initial warranty charges, an in-home inspection fee of $75.00 USD (if necessary), plus additional freight charges and pick-up/ delivery fees involved in servicing your product(s).


HOME ON THE ROCK FURNITURE proudly offers 100% satisfaction guaranteed, which gives the customer the right to refuse the item(s) at the time of delivery (while the delivery truck is still on sight). The item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. 

After the item is refused at the time of delivery, the customer will receive store credit and will be subject to a 30% restocking fee of the inventory charges which will be deducted from amount paid in addition to any shipping charges incurred (even if not invoiced at the time of sale or discounted), and the remainder will be applied to store credit. ASSEMBLED OR ALTERED ITEMS  WILL NOT BE RETURNED.Once delivered and accepted, items are not returnable. Refunds are not issued except in the case of defective merchandise that we are unable to replace or repair. 

The customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt and must communicate ANY DAMAGES immediately to home on the rock furniture calling 305 773 0500 or by email at sales@homeontherockfurniture.com. Damaged items must be packed in their original boxes and return at the time of the delivery with the same delivery truck. Please inspect your merchandise upon delivery. Sending a driver back to your home to pick up defective item(s) will incur in new transportation charges (is not included on Manufacturer's Warranty). Availability of item(s) returned WILL NOT be guaranteed due to stock of merchandise at the warehouse. 

If your items are not damaged or defective and you would like to return them (ONLY APPLIES WHILE DELIVERY TRUCK IS STILL ON SIGHT), a 30% restocking fee will be deducted from your amount paid. You will also have to pay for the shipping charges for shipping the furniture to you (even if not invoiced at the time of sale or discounted) as well as the shipping back to the warehouse. NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES applies to fully delivered item(s). NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES applies to Mattresses or Pillows kept overnight at customer's home. 

Orders with a value of $500, plus, which are cancelled after 24 hours of the original order date may be subject to a cancellation and restocking fee of 30%, in addition to any warehouse, labor and shipping charges incurred. Special orders and/or special items (floor samples, discontinued items and others) CANNOT and WILL NOT be either returned or cancelled. The actual cost of shipping the item to you will not be credited or refunded. Store credit is valid for six (6) months from date of issue. Thereafter, unused credit is forfeited. Claims for damaged items must be filed within two (2) calendar days of delivery. Claims received after two (2) calendar days of delivery WILL NOT and CANNOT be processed. Please remember to inspect your item(s) immediately upon delivery.


Manufacturer's Warranty covers 90 days of any manufacturer's defect only from the date of initial delivery of the respective item(s). Furniture not delivered or assembled by our delivery service WILL NOT be eligible for the 90 days Manufacturer's Warranty. Warranty does NOT cover any abuse of furniture or normal wear and tear.MATTRESSES WARRANTY: Regular Innerspring Mattresses carry six (6) months Manufacturer's Warranty. Selected Mattresses carry 1-3 years Manufacturer's Warranty. Normal wear and tear, excess weight, burns, stains, wetting, incorrect mattress size used, any abuse, outdoor usage and others are not considered warranty issues.  Floor Samples are sold in AS IS Condition. NO WARRANTY applies to floor samples items Pick-Ups or Drop-Offs for any kind of claims. Only Delivery and Set Up service is eligible for 30 days Manufacturer's Warranty. Warranty is voided when furniture is transported to a different location than the address where delivery took place. Item(s) on back order are subject to shipping accordingly and upon arrival at the respective warehouse of origin, and WILL NOT be guaranteed to be delivered on a timely manner due to dependence on stock availability and unforeseen circumstances.


All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the item(s) for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the item(s).


All orders must be paid in full to be scheduled for delivery. The customer is responsible to provide a clear path for delivery, free of impediments. Stairways, elevators, and doorways must be large enough to allow safe handling of your furniture. Our drivers will place your furniture where you want it one time. We cannot move existing furniture nor dispose of it. We are not equipped to dust, hang mirrors, tvs  or arts on walls, level furniture on carpet, attach headboard to frame or cut bed slats. Home on The Rock Furniture  WILL NOT be responsible for furniture which does not fit properly in living spaces. 

Please secure your home for delivery by covering exposed floors with protective material and removing furniture or objects that may obstruct the path and create difficulty with the delivery.Home on the Rock Furniture is not responsible for any damages that may occur during a delivery as a result of your home being unprepared.  Home on the Rock Furniture  will not be liable for any loss, damage, cost or expense related to any shipment or delivery.

Customers voluntarily assume all risk of accident when using any product on this order and agree to release of liability and forever discharge Home on The Rock Furniture  of any and all claims, demands or suits which have arisen or may arise as a result of the use of any product. 

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
